"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. "I took the polar transportation and then I have to work about 12 minutes it was very nice distance. One of the common areas with tables and chairs in the patio was only for people who celebrate like special event not for just anybody who gets to the premises. "

"It was inexpensive and it did not matter much since we just had to spend the night before our flight, and it being close to the central station, made it easier to go to. I should also mention the positive that staff allowed us to move to a room, bigger and with a window, from our original booking. But itself, the hotel needs some remodeling, the carpets should be changed since they are beyond any more cleaning. Bathroom can be remodeled too. It is on a big street, so easily accessible by metro...
