"The Imperial Hotel has a convenient location within walkable distance for a few places of interest in Kluang, such as the Street Art and the Railway Station. The room is cozy with nice hot shower and new water kettle. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe."

"Exceptional value for money at 45RM for a two-bedroomed apartment with two bathrooms! Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, aircon and sofa. The WiFi didn’t work and there was a strong smell of damp, but you can hardly complain at the price."

"I wouldn't say it was that bad it's just that the hotel had water supply issue on my second day of my stay which means I didn't have water supply for my bathroom since morning.The tv channels were so bad that I didn't switched it on. The telephone was outside the room which was a first for me. Overall it was alright "

"We had already managed our expectations for this hotel in the small town of Kluang but it’s way worse. Both of the rooms were dusty especially the toilet doors and the bed headboards which looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The four walls were peeling. And don't even get me started on the cockroaches! Some of the rooms didn't even have windows! Save yourself the horror and stay far away from this place."

"We stayed for a night or more each week over the past month. It was on the second floor. Bad mistake for the cheaper rooms. Its complete with dust, bed bugs, filthy tubs, broken showers and leaky pipes to name a few. The AC in some rooms were non existent. What is worse is to be covered in red itchy welts from bed bugs. Not sure if they even wash those worn brown blankets. TV is just furniture - does not work or you get snow. Door locks are not always working properly to leave you secure. Then...

"Very expensive for one night.the amenities is disappointed as we expect more. Don’t have wifi, the water pipe came out very slow and little. Not just that the house have a lot dust. The price for the homestay is not worth it for me to pay rm420 just for one night and for such price I expect more than that. Hopefully can get half refund for that."
