"THEY PUT ME IN ROOM 102, WHICH HAS UNLOCKED WINDOWS AND IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. I COULDNT SLEEP BECAUSE I WAS SCARED OF BEING MUGGED! THE TOILET IS FILTHY WITH MOSS AND WHATNOT AND THE TV DOESNT WORK. I WILL NEVER RETURN ANS I HOPE THE HOTEL BURNED DOWN BECAUSE OF STUPID MANAGEMENT. THE STAFF SAID THE DEPOSIT WILL GET REFUNDED ON 2 DAYS NOTICE. IF IVE KNOWN I COULDVE PAID THE DEPOSIT VIA CASH. WHAT YOU GIVE YOU GET BACK. I AM AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER."

"Even thought they let Orbitz/Expedia list as air conditioned it is definately not air conditioned. No units in rooms or central. Yes, it cools down at night but my room was almost 30 degrees. No fans. Also charged me 3 ringgit tourist tax despite having already paid it online. They did not understand the currency conversion. For budget tourists it would be ok but not worth the 130 ringgit off weekend price. Parking is on street and have to buy coupon book for parking"

"Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. The water flow from water tap in bath room is very small. Water heater's sound is very big. Air cond & TV are okay. Free parking on the street, I could see security guards were paroling at night.
