The check-in process was frustrating, it seems they didn‘t have our booking in the system for 2 rooms. The rooms were still being cleaned even though we arrived in the evening. Basically everything but Labuan Bajo is amazing but the town leaves much to be desired as it has not kept up with expansion (especially the sanitation system).
