When asked about getting just two more towels was told there was none. Advertised that there was daily housekeeping but that did not happen. Spent the whole day the hospital came back no clean towels, no housekeeping was done at all. Went to front desk to ask for towels was told there was none and that if I wanted towels I would need to bring my current towel done and turn them in to get clean towels. "

"Overbooking happens—I get that. But what’s far less acceptable is how this situation was handled. Cancelling a reservation at the last minute is already disruptive; doing so under the guise of a conveniently vague “plumbing issue” makes it worse. If the hotel overbooked, just say so. Fabricating an excuse doesn’t protect your reputation—it damages it. What’s equally frustrating is the complete lack of communication. No email, no advance notice—just a cancellation that I had to discover on my own upon arrival. A simple message would have at least shown a baseline level of professionalism and respect for your guests’ time. But I suppose putting the real reason—or even the false one—in writing might have required some accountability. At the end of the day, mistakes happen. It’s how you handle them that defines your service. In this case, the response felt evasive, disorganized, and inconsiderate. I expected better."

"It was OK. More importantly it was better than the Radisson across the street which was recently condemned as unfit for human habitation--where I was originally booked..."
