"Location is perfect. Lobby is beautiful. Can't say for other rooms but ours was not in very good condition. Little things like wallpaper was peeling, water stains on ceiling, scrapes and peels on walls and furniture.
Aircon probably needed servicing as well - we could hear it struggling to work most of the night. Layout of the room was a little awkward - bathroom area had a sliding door (which was a little flimsy) and a gap in the wall.
It's our second time at this hotel and unfortunately,...

"I booked a suite room, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The room was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There were no towels or tissues provided in the room, and I had to contact housekeeping to request them. The pillows also had an unpleasant smell.
At around 12:00 AM, the room experienced a power trip. After I called the front desk, an electrician was sent to the room. However, the issue was not fully resolved. One of the lights could not be...

"Location of the hotel is fantastic. Closer to Jonker walk and lots of food and cafe options nearby. Do note that the external window panels needs to be closed when it rains else the rain will seep into the room. We had to clean up after one rainy night."
