I especially like that the pool lifeguard removes towels from sunbeds if no one uses them for over 1 hour. Breakfast is good. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the Cinco Plazas was immaculately clean , has great facilities for all of the family to enjoy , the staff are most helpful nothing was too much . We booked here as we had a booking in another complex but it was so bad we left and went to the cinco plazas , I want to commend Esteban on reception he was so kind when he heard what happened he upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, I would highly recommend staying here , it is a beautiful complex , our apartment was spotless and it was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided , the food at the pool bar was really nice and quite reasonable , we will be returning to the cinco plazas again next year and will most likely make our stay there every year"
