The only downside I’d say was that I could hear all the noise from the upstairs room, someone screaming (as if they had a panic attack) at 3 am for a few nights in a row. Very strange. Other than that, it’s a lovely hotel with a good restaurant. "

"The place is a solid 30mim walk to the Stirling Old Bridge. It’s a lovely walk so I didn’t mind. It’s also right next to a bus depot with bus’ running into town frequently , very easy to use the public transit system. So overall I really enjoyed it . Short walking distance to Wallace monument and to Wallace Pub. Hotel was clean and had a good breakfast and a nice lounge. Overall really enjoyed staying here. "

"Very comfortable accommodation. The staff were lovely and the loch views were breathtaking. I would certainly recommend. Both the evening meal and breakfast buffet were a 5/5. Lovely gateway away for the weekend for those looking for something peaceful. "
