"My check in was late in the day. I had a child with me who had mobility issues at that time. The initially chosen room for us was at the second floor but they found a way to look for a room for us at the ground floor in a short amount of time. Really appreciated that. The room was a bit warm or didn’t get cold enough and cellular and internet connections were dead in our area but didn’t matter to us at that time since we were only there overnight. "Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay."

"It is definitely a REPEAT PLACE for us looking forward to comeback again soon. Just a suggestion: The nearby fisherman folks is a community worth tapoing. They can provide the freshiest catch. We were able to buy crabs and fish there but was charged corkage fee. I know that this is a hotel guidelines but this should apply to guest not buying their food in the hotel. We ordered our food in the hotel 3 main courses with desserts and drinks but still ended up paying extra for seafoods not...

"When we arrived we were told that we inadvertently booked our reservation at their sister hotel about another 20 minute drive. Since it was raining and we were on motorcycles they allowed us to stay on the beach, switching our reservations. Perfect location, the rooms were clean, and the bed very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who bent over backwards in order to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Wonderful!!! Will stay again when in town!!!"
