"The Hotels.com website obscured the fact that the hotel is 4km from Trat, with nothing around it, inside glowing reviews.The price point I paid at meant no refund was available. The room, bed and pillows smelled badly of mould. I was offered a different one by the helpful and friendly desk staff but I wanted to be in town as I had no car. The management really ought to regularly ventilate unoccupied rooms. This is basic stuff. The hotel seemed very empty."

"It's a very nice and friendly family style hotel with modern amenities. The service are super warm and caring, the staff try very hard to help. And the area also near to the night market and all you need. Please try to local pub at the right hand side opposite (10 M), you can order drinks, food and play American Pool with friendly Thai young people. And Trat is a quiet small town you can walk around."

"Was an ok hotel stay. Was really just a pit stop as travelling to Koh Kood and boat times didn’t fit so had to stay a night in Trat. Hotel did exactly what was needed. Clean with no frills. Nothing around the surrounding area, breakfast was basic but as I said, did a job. Nice enough and very clean. If I had to, I would stay here again."

There're sliders and foam floats (not sure if this is what it's called) I was with a 6-month-old baby, so we could only do water bicycle (one of those big duck-shape boat with bicycle paddles). Location-wise, it's next to a river, but not near a beach. Staffs are very friendly and helpful."

"The experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). After we were given a room, the bed sheets were not clean so the room had to be changed. Otherwise the room including bathroom was clean though. We were given a better (newer) small bungalow, which was fine but the whole hassle with check-in spoiled our impression. There is no minibar in the room, only two bottles of water were provided...
