"The concierge at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the housekeeping was always on it. Thank you for making our stay easy. There's a lovely garden to sit in with umbrellas for shade if the sun is out. Loads of different type of birds can be seen from the window. The hotel is close Islamabad's main attractions and also to F10 & F7 which can be regarded are the foodie areas."

"IFQ was okay. The service was good just very inconvenient due to phones being down. Each time we needed something we had to go down to reception area. The room light system was confusing. It would be nice to have some instructions since nothing was labeled. Overall this is a good place to stay."

"The hotel was very nice situated in a very quite part of murree. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was lots of staff members around all very polite and helpful. The food in the cafe donwstairs was a bit expensive and wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool hasn't been built yet either. The hotel is about 5km from mall road and we found it difficult to get taxis but luckily we had a driver. "

"Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

"The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"
