"I requested a smoke free room. Which i did not get. 2nd. I gave my cloths to iron. I had to call 3 times the next morning to get my cloths back. For a moment i thought. Staff had lost my cloths. I was disappointed with duty manager did not allow us to make videos of my daughters wedding. He told me that they do not allow people to make video from last two months. I informed him that I did put comment in my booking but they did not received.
