"Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "

I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash. But they didn’t let me stay there and I had to leave there and find another hotel. Then I reached Hotel.Com...

"It was just west of time. Until now with Hotels.com it’s was my fist bed experience. Dirty room not cooperative stop. Just like to west my money was un happy. No shampoo. No tissue paper. No soap. Request to all customers don’t west your money. "
