"This property was a real surprise. It's truly excellent. The staff, with very limited English, go out of their way to help. The rooms are large with lovely bathrooms. Plenty off drinking water available. Free drinks in the room fridge was a bonus. The complimentary self service laundry where they provide detergent, softener and mending kits was mucky appreciated. Cannot fault it at all"

"The place was clean and the staff was nice when they could be but no one really speaks english in this area, so you should have an app available to assist you as we did and were able to get around better. Also the picture of the lit up pool on the website we did not see, there was like a junk yard next door. maybe if it was summer the beach area would be more appealing. "I needed a room and free airport transfers for an overnight layover. This did not end up being ideal for that situation but might be good for a longer stay as long as you confirm the airport transfer well in advance. Communication was very difficult (English speaker) and the instructions for the check-in process were not clear. I ended up having to pay for a taxi to and from the airport. The room was beautiful and clean."

"Voici un hôtel dans lequel je ne remettrai pas les pieds ! Aucun personnel ne parle anglais (même ultra basique). Escalier sans ascenseur pour les 2 premiers étages. Sols pas nettoyés depuis plus de 3 ou 4 mois. WC & évier bouchés. Insonorisation nulle. Odeurs de cigarettes dans tout l'hôtel (et pourtant je suis moi même un fumeur). Petit déjeuner = uniquement un plat de soupe chinoise. A mon avis, il s'agit d'un hôtel de passes si je me fie à ce que j'ai pu voir et à la documentation reçue...
