" I would happily return. The residence and my flat looked new. Everything needed was there. No smell of cigarette, the fans, AC and WiFi were working fine. Don't forget a plug adapter (G type in Malaysia). A mall and supermarket are at 5 min by walk, restaurants too. Quiet residential area. There were few people in the swimming pool during the week. A few small things to improve: the handle of one window was broken, the shower head was broken and I had to remove it (which is OK for me), there...

"It was overall an okay stay, there was a mouldy smell in the corridors and the bedding linen. They were also out of soap, when I asked they said I could use the shower gel instead. Otherwise, the check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff members seemed friendly in person. Though the hotel in the pictures is the one near the city centre and this one was in Nilai. "

"Convenient for airport layover stay, with many food and shopping options in the area-- which is good, as the hotel's advertised 'rooftop cafe' seemingly doesn't exist anymore, and the room had no refrigerator... "The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much. "
