"The hotel was perfect for our pitstop on our way back to UK from Italy. The reception was open 24 hrs, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and showers were also large. The reason for giving 4 stars is that the 2 rooms were not equipped with towels or glasses for a total of 5 of us. This meant we had to go down to reception, which is fine and they had no problem giving them to us, but if it is about saving money and the environment then I do not understand why they do not ask...

I was happy that there was someone on reception to check me in as I tried to checkin at the machine but the number I had for my booking did not match and I would not have been able to check in with my booking. I did receive an email today from the hotel giving me a number to checkin with but that was one day to late so there seems to be a problem with the itinerary and checkin number with this hotel as this has not...

"Room was clean abd comfortable. Shower room was great and obviously just been refurbished. Restaurant is in a converted barn, great atmosphere, reminded me of a Jacobean banqueting hall. Food excellent and reasonably priced. 35 euros for 4 courses. We were the only English all others were French locals or visitors. Speaks for its self. Give it a try if travelling down to the South of France only 15 minutes from A5."
