"This is a wonderful hotel situated in the heart of Troyes. The team are very welcoming and we received a complimentary room upgrade which made our stay even more special. "Great little stopover hotel in a convenient place with plenty of parking. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Nothing glamorous about it or the area it is in but, for me, it is a better hotel with nicer rooms than you’ll find in Troyes centre for the price. Would recommend and stay again."

"This is a unique place to stay. It is a very old building with lots of character - our room had wooden beams! The breakfast is given to you in a basket and you eat it in your room. The receptionist was so polite and friendly and so helpful with recommendations. The hotel is ideally situated only minutes away from the city centre. The city took us by surprise - it is stunning! You can park on site but you have to pay €20 but it is worth it for peace of mind."

"We booked a night in a family room, which, to our pleasant surprise, was actually a suite. The room was clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. Although it is conveniently located near the motorway, the noise level was more than reasonable. There were two bathrooms — one with a toilet and sink, and one with a shower and sink — which was very convenient for our family of four. I found the bathrooms quite luxurious, especially after a bad experience in another hotel rated as four stars. Breakfast was also nice, with a good variety of sweet and savoury options and good coffee. The staff were kind and helpful, and overall, we had a really nice and restful time."

"The hotel is fine and a good value but the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We needed help retrieving a lost item from our previous hotel and they helped us track it down. The location is good, only a short ride to down town Reims. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean."
