"A good hotel, nice clean room with aircon, TV etc. Breakfast is provided across from the hotel entrance in a restaurant overlooking the lake. A lovely setting. The breakfast was good, as was the evening meal with lots of couples eating in.No problem with the location, quiet area with transport easily obtainable. All in all excellent value for what we paid. "Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates....

"We booked 5 rooms for people working on a special project. Some rooms were booked for 5 nights, some for 3 nights. The first day our groups showed up, they checked in and within 2 hours they called to let us know rooms were terrible, sheets were dirty, bathrooms and were dirty. They were hungry from the long trip and went to the roof top restaurant. There was just one table. Kitchen had all garbage thrown on the floor, had just one table, dirty utensils spread out. Amazing hotel!

"Can’t say enough nice things about this place! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We liked the candy at the front desk, and one of the staff arranged to have some ordered for us and delivered to our room! We took the Breakfast Tour with Ravi, which was super fun and tasty! The rooftop pool that looks out at the palace is so serene—we spent hours relaxing in the pool and taking it in. The restaurant was great as well. The location is fantastic, and it was clean and well maintained. We have traveled all over the world, and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed, dollar for dollar. "
