One of the better breakfasts offered by hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy with more variety. Very conveniently located - central location in Pisa. Close to leaning tower of Pisa. "Great little hotel right next to the station and in a few minutes' walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops in the city centre. It's also super convenient for the airport. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It took a little while for hot water to come through but it wasn't so cold that I couldn't shower."

"This is a little gem of a hotel in a quiet lane, very close to everything. We did find the people working in our building to be quite loud early in the morning. Also, passers by in the alley late at night were loud too. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The beds are comfortable lots of space."

"Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . "Right on the beach promenade, although shops, restaurants and beach clubs block view of the sea in most of the town. Matteo at reception was great and gave me good restaurant recommendations. The single room is quite small. Bed was comfortable and water pressure fine."
