It was my birthday during our stay, and they surprised me with a complimentary cake and champagne — something most places wouldn’t even think to do. This was our first time staying here and we’re fully convinced we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Miami going forward. If you’re looking for an elite South Beach stay that just gets everything right, this is it."

"The ocean view was not as clear as i would have liked it to be, but it wasn't bad either, beautiful palm trees helped the view to be not so bad, the hotel was very clean, the hospitality was awesome, from the front desk to the valet, the rooms dont have refrigerators, but you can request one, as well as a microwave. The only problem i had was they ignored the do not disturb, I had the dont disturb light on and when we came back they had put two childrens beach bags in the room, it was the last day but we hadn't checked out yet.when it was told to the front desk during checkout they said that they would talk to them about it, but who knows what they did about it . But overall its a beautiful hotel, I would stay there again."

"The most beautiful rooms. I've never had such a clean toom in my life. Pool was nice also, and although a 25 minute walk to south beach... it was ni e to get some exercise each night. Its a quieter part of Miami Beach where the hotel was located. The housekeeper that we had was excellent. She did an amazing job. Our floor was 10th, which was perfect. "
