"Very welcoming staff, but unfortunately an aircondition out of order. The swimming pool is not a part of the hotel, and you hava to pay for accessing. The hotel is in general old, and we experienced a fire alarm during night and no one responsible at the hotel to check and turn it off. Big rooms, but definitely not four star"

The first thing we have heard when we arrived after transatlantic flight and a long night drive was:" you didn't park at the right place it's a place for stuff. We have a party so the parking lot is busy". No help was offered with luggage. Not even the idea if they could get the car keys and park the car themselves as they do in the decent hotel. "Most amazing meals! Great value! The hair dryer and electric outlets were not great but we managed. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean considering it's age. The wine list is out of this world. Top notch Chef Carlo wears tons of hats with total elegance. He is a fantastic sommelier, host, chef, bell hop, concierge etc etc. Such fabulous personal service. "Très bel endroit avec un joli jardin extérieur, nous avions la meilleure suite du Château bel espace mais très déçu de la propretés des lieux,des punaise partout dans notre suite, et déçu par le manque de confort des lits et de la literie.Le buffet du petit déjeuner très restraint. La nourriture du restaurant de l hôtel était fade pas beaucoup de choix sur la carte, le pain était sec et dur, les gressinis aussi mauvais et le restaurant à couté cher on attendait mieux d un 4 étoiles."
