"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

"We stayed at this HIGHLY OVERRATED hotel in 2 rooms between December 18-20th 2017. The Hotels offers lousy service, lousy housekeeping, a third class restaurant with a dirty torn menu. The airconditioner in our room was leaking profusely and we had to place towel and bathmats on the floor to absorb the water. Early in the morning we were workers started maintenance work on the roof of nearby cottages. There is little or no lighting in the restaurant at night and mosquitoes and insects crawl...
