We were surprised to be told that the property is about 25 years old, because it's superb maintenance suggested a much younger age to us. "Stayed here for a night during our Kerala trip. The property is very well maintained and all rooms had a backwater view. The check in was smooth. There were a lot of complimentary and paid activities. We did the sunset cruise and did a paid shikara ride for 2 hours. The bf buffet was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. The stay was value for money.
