"There is a list of fines for such items as leaving blinds open, not putting items in dishwasher, not setting temperature in EACH room, not taking out trash etc. We felt like we were working for the management company, not enjoying a vacation! "This is a fabulous one-bedroom condo. All amenities such as a full kitchen, wi-fi, TV, wood-burning fireplace. It was extremely clean. Parking is in an unsecured garage one floor down(no elevator). Absolutely no complaints about the condo! My only caution is to clarify the amount of the management fee. It was not clearly disclosed on the booking site and was much larger than expected (more than the price of renting the condo). "

Also, the valet service was a little inconvenient for my liking. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent.
