From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. Housekeeping was also below standard—the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the linens weren’t changed every two days as stated in their policy. Mornings felt unwelcoming, with staff...

I have happy memories of lounging by the hotel's pool. The hotel is walking distance to everything of touristic interest. The breakfast buffet is great and the staff is warm and welcoming. "Sundunes was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—super close to tons of restaurants, beach clubs, and just a quick drive to town. The property was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast every morning was delicious. The rooftop restaurant? Hands down some of the best food I had the whole trip—plus the views were unreal. Totally recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back!"

Well appointed rooms with sitting area inside and outside ( that was the type of room we booked) outside area was private and we didn’t look into someone else’s terrace or vice versa. Pool was great but the staff was excellent and warm and welcoming accommodating in all aspects. The room didn’t come with a kettle but we were offered hot water small detail but I enjoy a tea at night. Breakfast was fresh and perfect "
