"We had a wonderful stay and the service really stood out. From the moment we arrived, Fernando greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and took care of everything with care and attention. A special mention also goes to Oscar and Alejandro at the bar “La Biblioteca.” They provided excellent service and prepared drinks of outstanding quality. Their friendliness and professionalism made our evenings even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant.
