"The room and staff were very nice. The lobby still needs to be upgraded a little, and outside was in need of cleaning and maintenance. Patch the driveway, clean up the dumpsters out back. Additional washing machines and dryers would be helpful. It's an easy walk to the light rail. There's limited dining nearby, but Denny's and Sharp's Roaster were good, and close. "

"When I called for the shuttle bus the lady was not very patient or particularly friendly, I had never been the Seattle airport before so I had no idea how it all worked. When I got to the property all other staff members were very nice and the property itself was beautiful. The coffee machine in my room needed cleaned or descaled it had brown bits coming out of it and did not taste right, thankfully there is free coffee in reception area. Other than that it was a perfect place to rest and reset...
