Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. No cold water in the shower. Noisy AC No mosquito net, not possible to open windows, therefore the room smelled stuffy. Ants under the sheets. Massively overpriced, No breakfast included
