"I got suckered into booking at this motel from some positive reviews…..turned out to be our worst experience ever. The first room had a terrible chemical smell like something was burning and it actually hurt my lungs and had me coughing after only a few minutes in there. The clerk did get us another room but halfway through the night we found out that the ceiling was leaking when we went in to use the bathroom and the floor was wet and we were dripped on. Needless to say we didn’t bother showering in the morning. I don’t know what is going on there that things weren’t in a safe and proper order. Never again!!"

"I requested a quiet room not to far from elevator. They gave me a room at the end of a long hall right next to the interstate highway. I requested another room and they refused to. I contacted Expedia and you wouldn't help me either. I will never use Expedia again! "

"Wonderful stay. Clean and updated room. Very comfortable bed. Free laundry! Beautiful flowers on property. Convenient walking distance from stores and restaurants (for a single person). Near bus stops and Old Town. The grout/caulking in the bathroom needs to be updated. Free drink in the evening and coffee in the morning. Fridge in the room. No lotion."

"100 years of Route 66 celebration happening in Albuquerque! Can not think of a better place to stay than here! And a nice surprise a beer on arrival! "

"Clean room"

"This is not a new property but newly renovated - it is beautiful - my room was great - the courtyard has a pool and an outdoor restaurant area. The restaurant was great as well - great service and delicious food. Nice patio. All in all it is really great - Staff was great but the morning person at the registration desk was surprisingly grumpy both times i had to go ask a question - I left very early and the night person and security staff were kind, and very helpful. I'll go back for sure!!"
