"The surface of the room was clean, however the hotel is in need of some deep cleaning/TLC. The carpet was stained and ripping up, there were scuff marks everywhere, the elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure how this hotel had a 8.6. The parking situation was not great, the lot was full and overflow parking was not close or disclosed on checkin. Checked in, got bags out, and had to circle the lot looking for parking, then go back into the hotel to find out where over flow parking was located. Would not stay here again. "

"I’ve never stayed in a noisier hotel. I literally got one hour of sleep because of the people upstairs as well as surrounding rooms. Also I’m the cars around were revving their engines until 3pm. It’s a nice place but would never stay again. "

"The hotel is nicely maintained. Kimberly checked us in and was very friendly. The room was clean and no issues with our stay. It would be nice to have a luggage cart as the parking is off to one side of the hotel and we had to make several trips. Walking trails nearby and very close to old town. "

"Rooms were nice and big, comfy beds and pillows, staff at from desk and in the restaurant for breakfast were super nice!"

"Incredible decor and service. We felt like we could truly relax. Very clean and therapeutic pool and spa area, wisteria in full bloom and so fragrant. But I think my favorite part were the conversations with restaurant staff, they were all so friendly, kind, and interesting. Loved it all. "
