The staff were incredibly kind; even though the shuttle bus was nearby, they got it ready for me immediately, which put me at ease—especially since it was my first time staying in Albuquerque. I was delighted by the service, and it made me want to stay there again. The location is also very close to the station, and the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

I appreciated the location in downtown Albuquerque, as it was close to the convention center but not as costly. Everything was affordable, clean, and orderly. I didn’t use many of the amenities, but the breakfast sandwich I got on the go was pretty delicious. Also, Mia, one of the front desk attendants was amazing. Explaining everything in an understandable way as it was my first time in Albuquerque and pretty new to Hilton hotels as well!

The beds were too hard and not comfortable and the refrigerator in our room was not working so our drinks we bought for the road the next day, they were not even cold so we couldn't drink them as planned. Over all the hotel was very nice as well as the staff but we didn't sleep well because of the beds.

Easy traffic to get in, on the edge of downtown. Rooms are new, comfortable, the lobby is cozy, there is a gym, restaurant and a terrace. The rooms have a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. All feel super clean. Staff are attentive, easily helped me to extend my stay for the same rate. There are 2 parking lots ($). Breakfast ($).

Everything was good here except the parking. They have gated parking but the lots are small and hard to get in/out. Also, if you park in the underground lot, you have to get your luggage down the stairs. I also didn’t know where to park because 2 of the lots were full and the security guard was very disrespectful when I asked him where to park, even after I explained I was a guest. This was at 10:30 pm after my event.

I want to give a shout out to Jimmy, security/driver. Jimmy made us feel comfortable right off the bat. He recommended a lot of places to visit. Very knowledgeable of the city. Friendly. He is an asset to the hotel. Also I want to mention Oswaldo .He delivered great service also. Also the hotel receptionist when we arrived on Thursday,8/20@3:30. Very nice and friendly. Thank you.
