Great food nearby, easy commute into Accra central, cheap bolt rides into city. Staff were responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Nice grounds and external areas, on-site parking. Would definitely stay again. "

"I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. "

"This was honestly the worst experience at any place I’ve stayed at in Ghana. I booked this room because it had amenities that I needed like a washer. I tried to wash clothes and the washer was broken and it leaked all over the floor. There was only one outlet in the entire unit that I could use, the couch was broken, there was no drying rack like other units had to dry clothes, the handle for the showerhead was broken so in order to bathe, you had to hold it. They weren’t willing to give me any type of refund or a compensation, and when I asked to be changed to another room, they claimed they didn’t have another room to put me in when I had mentioned that I was considering extending my stay because of my flight schedule, they said they will put me in another room the next day, but then also expected me to pay the full price if you’re ever booking at these apartments do not book with this agency in particular. There are other bookings for the same exact apartments, but with different agencies that will treat you better. "

"There was no hot water in shower, and shower did not work so water did not come out of the top. No bedside light, as bedside lights were wired into the main light. Quality of the breakfast was not great. Cereal was stale, and only instant coffee. We chose the hotel partly because it had a gym and pool. But the 'gym' looked more like a storage room and had no air conditioning. The pool looked murky. Given these problems, the price was high."
