"Clean room; Great breakfast buffet; Friendly & helpful staff"

"The staff gave away my reserved King Bed with Sofa Sleeper, which I pre-paid for, and gave me a Double Queen room in its place. This was totally unacceptable to our sleeping needs. Supervisory staff states it is their policy to be able to substitute reserved rooms for alternate rooms, since the reserved room is only a stated “perferred” room for any room that is booked through a third party such as Expedia. I demanded to see that language somewhere in the communications I received from the hotel, guaranteeing my complete reservation. They could not, and only repeated their stance on this policy, to use at their discretion."

"The bed was SO comfy and had amazing quality sheets and pillows. Everything was clean and smelled good. THe view out of my window was incredible, I love how the bed in my room faced straight outside. Pool area is very nice too! Lots of loungers to lay on. The staff were very kind and checked in often to make sure things were going well. "
