"Staff, were fantastic with making sure we having a great stay,. We asked them for advice on our sightseeing ideas and they made suggestions that were perfect and fun.. i could not compliment the staff more Serena, and Oxlem, were just two stand outs.."

"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."
"Very well located in the lovely medieval city of Rheinfelden - a few minutes from the train station, the Rhein (as the name suggests!), shops, restaurants, cultural centres and very pretty walks.
The hotel itself is well run, friendly, comfortable and peaceful.

"We started at wonderful Hotel Baeren for two nights, and loved every second! We arrived a little late, and our key was left for us, super convenient to check in. Ample free parking right next to the hotel, close to everything and VERY quiet. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They had a coffee/tea station for us 24/7, with fruit, water and granola bars as well. The breakfast was also incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel. We have no idea why it is only classified as a 3 star, it...
"Good location right by tram stop, spacious room with bottled water etc. nice breakfast included. Only issue was no AC and it was hot, but a fan was provided. "

"Close to train station and bus to airport. Room was very nice - large enough for 2 with medium size suitcases. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would have been nice if ramp or lift available from outside to the front desk. "
"Lovely hotel. Great location by the train station. If you're looking for something in the city center, this might not be the hotel for you - but as a someone pass through and stopping in Basel for a night, it was perfect. Affordable for Switzerland. Very large rooms. We were there during a heatwave and not only was the AC great, but the hotel had ice and water. Very good internet (I had some work video calls and was a little nervous after traveling to some other hotels around Europe). Would 100% stay there again. Felt like it was a great find. "
"Friendly staff shared how easy it is to walk to the water or use city transportation. Cozy room with a patio. We dined here in the evening and loved it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
"The staff, particularly Natalia, were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of selection. Very close to Old Town although it was 58 steps down. Remember you must come back up! We opted out of room cleaning for our short stay and we were rewarded with refreshments. Excellent idea. Would definitely recommend."
