The hotel itself was quaint, clean, and easily accessible. however they did not have dedicated parking for the establishment and you have to be sure you park in the correct colored parking slots or you can be ticketed.

Good enough for passing through.
It was fine. Good job the lift was fixed while we were eating dinner or I don't know how my husband would have got to our room.

Hotel was well placed in the centre of town. The room was clean and adequate, we were only staying one night! The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was good with a varied menu. We did not have breakfast, preferring to get coffee and croissant at a local bakery! There were plenty around the hotel. Covid precutions were in place and well observed. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful.

Absolutely outstanding! This hotel is a fantastic place for a stop on the way to Paris. I can’t recommend it highly enough. They were caring toward us and our small children. Thank you to all of the staff.

Need more staff! Restaurant was busy but it was looked after by 1 qualified waiter and assistant plus receptionist assisted with bills. Dinner food below average quality and had it not been a Sunday night we would have gone elsewhere. Room needed revitalising!

Great property. We booked late and arrived after 11pm. There is a doorbell to alert the front desk staff to let you in. Quick check in and carried sleeping kids in. Everything was ready...

THEFT IN THE HOTEL FROM THE STAFF!!!! We left items in the room when we called back they said there was nothing jackets, Burberry scarf and wool cape with fur that are worth more than 2000 pounds disappeared story to be followed. Not enough to write it here

October's European trip
Great hotel right in the centre of Abbeville, everything about the hotel was great, it was the area that let it down, nothing was open past 2000 so we were forced to use the hotels restaurant. For a town of 30k people this suprised us. Would we stop here again, yes but would eat before we arrived.

was clean but a bit old and worn in places. very expensive for what it was. felt more like a budget hotel in many ways. were hoping for room service when we arrived but that finished at 10pm. disappointed after a long day driving. staff polite with v good English
