"The sink was plugged and wouldn't drain. Because it was a self-serve hotel we couldn't get the issue resolved before our one-night stay was over. It wasn't obvious from the Expedia listing that this was a self serve/ self check-in, budget hotel that would be so cramped. If you're from North America and you don't have data, you won't be able to check in."

"The place was cute. Very small room but you did get a small balcony. No AC and the hotel is on a main road so you did get traffic noise because your windows need to be open. Staff didn’t speak English and they were clearly frustrated I didn’t speak German. I have stayed at places where no one spoke English and they provided a piece of paper that had information about the hotel. This place made zero effort to accommodate international travelers. I would not stay here unless you speak FLUENT German. "
