"Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett war frisch und sauber überzogen. Das Gebäude und entsprechend auch die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen (muss nicht schlecht sein). Die Zimmer sind dadurch hellhörig und man hört wenn im Flur draußen Leute vorbeilaufen; der Fußboden knarzt. Es gibt keine Rolläden oder Verdunklungsvorhänge. Frühstück war nicht angeboten/möglich. "My wife and I decided to stay at Hotel Gasthaus Adler because we wanted to experience a quiet, classic, but not far from the black forest at all. Located between farms, it offers amazing views. "We enjoyed Hotel and Gasthaus Lowen very much. Booking the hotel was easy and the communication from the hotel to us was excellent. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. It was the ideal place for us to stay as visited the Christmas market in Freiburg."
