"The room was clean, the staff were nice. Location was very convenient. My stay was comfortable. The only “bad” part was that check out was at 12pm and I asked for a late check out and the staff said they could only extend it to 12:30pm. I let that staff member know that I am an IHG member (A perk of being of being an IHG member is late check out) and she said that 12:30 was all she could do. I would have understood if she said she couldn’t because the room was allotted to an incoming guess but she didn’t look at any computer or papers she just said 12:30. Which lead me to believe she just did not want to extend my checkout. That was disappointing but everything worked out fine so I guess it’s okay. "

"It was a very comfortable stay. Must say it was not meant for short ladies. The magnified mirror was above my head!! Kinda used to that. Bar was great and the food was delicious. We could tell they could have used a little more help in the kitchen."

"At first glance the hotel seems nice. However after the first hour or two you realize it’s not well maintenance. The internet/TV don’t work in our room (room 304). The tub also had a very slow drain so there was standing water which is gross when different people need to bathe. Breakfast is not included. They have a buffet breakfast for an additional $15.99. It’s so basic that I opted for the $6.00 meal at the Dunkin donut next door. The parking situation is also a nightmare. You’re charged a parking fee but there was nowhere to park on the property as they were hosting a wedding. The hotel has two elevators but only one worked. And the hotel experienced some sort of water damage as the wallpaper was peeling bad. I wouldn’t stay here again. But it’s not the worst hotel in the world. "
