I had a great experience with all of the staff except Jennifer. She was very rude and unhelpful. The hotel is nice. There is no free breakfast, and all food options are quite expensive.

I didn’t complain since our time was limited there, but in our room our floor seemed very damp and almost sticky. Our bathroom was pretty dirty.
