"Unique hotel full of antiques, great coffee shop and Sunday buffet breakfast delicious with many choices. Pool area very nice with many comfortable shaded and non shaded beds. Location to town square is one minute! "

"I was welcomed by three employees of the hotel with such warmth, I immediately felt at home. Laura, in particular, was so attentive to me during my entire stay. I was sad to leave. A wonderful experience. The only caveat is that it's a little far from the main town, but the hotel can arrange for a Tuk Tuk for you (very cheap and fun). "

"Everything at Arde la Selva was amazing, the staff is super friendly, food and drinks are great, the premises are really comfortable, pools are great, but ... the music is unnecessarily loud. I understand the afternoons and evenings are more vibrant, but having loud music from 8 am to 12 m prevents from enjoying a relaxing time. I liked everything but definitely would not define our stay as "quiet"."

" We had an amazing experience at Portón del Sol in Santa Fe de Antioquia! The pools were absolutely spectacular—our kids had an incredible time and didn’t want to leave. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the music created such a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. It was a fantastic day staying at this hotel with our family. We’re especially grateful for the friendly and attentive staff, the excellent attractions, the spotless rooms, and the overall comfort of the place. Highly recommended for families looking to relax and have fun. We’ll definitely be back!"

"What a beautiful hotel! We stayed for one night and the service was impeccable. It was super clean, very comfortably and my gosh, the view is just stunning. We stayed in the room with a terrace with a view of the mountains, so so pretty! It had a huge king size bed, AC and floor to ceiling windows that let you see the mountains and the sunrise. Pool was great as well but they also have two big jacuzzi’s. There weren’t many folks when we came and it felt like we had the place to ourselves !"

"It’s a very tropical area with many trees,gardens,tropical vegetation and mosquitoes if it rains.It’s near the central area but you can take a mototaxi for just US$1. The swimming pool is good and there are many other activities to do there but the best it’s walking all around the Colonial Area. Good restaurants, museums, churches and if you go for a cultural event it will be even better."
