"Place was amazing, the music, the staff, the food were amazing, was just the perfect get away."

"The hotel is very nice, clean, and well located. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for two extra weeks. The only unusual issue we experienced was that our room lost electricity for a period of time due to a technical problem that could not be clearly explained. Fortunately, the staff did their best to assist us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would consider returning."

"This is a beautiful facility. However there is constant noise with large trucks driving by from 6:30 am to 7 at night. The music played one night til 5 am from a neighboring property. Food was top notch. All made fresh so be prepared to wait. Service for drinks was very slow."

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. They had daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. The WiFi is really good and the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was also in an extremely walkable area with restaurants within a 1-15 min walk depending on where you wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Medellín. The only thing I would recommend that would make it even better is that they include a clothes iron and hair dryer in the rooms."

"Es un Hotel pequeño pero tranquilo, es limpio y la atención buena. El desayuno bueno. Esta un poquito retirado del bullicio. Descansamos excelentemente, el aire acondicionado buenisimo y tienen agua caliente. Tuvimos en el hotel un percanse con el agua y rapidísimo nos resolvieron. Y mi hijo estuvo en otro hotel grande y no le resolvieron. Así que los felicito por eso. Gracias 🙂"

"El hotel es nuevo y tiene una decoración muy fresca y llena de plantas !Me encantó! El personal tiene una actitud muy acogedora y te sientes muy seguro. El desayuno a la carta es muy completo y variado. Lo recomiendo mucho!"

"The property is nothing like the pictures. Everything feels cheap, they have a plastic chair, no duvet, soap dispenser are unlabelled bottles of something else, etc. There is no manager on site and they are unresponsive. I booked a City View but manager insisted that a hallway window qualifies as City View. Not sure they understand English. Rooms are most definitely not soundproof and they are on top of a bar. Dogs barking in the backyard late at night. The breakfast is eggs only, nothing...
