"Beautiful Hotel!, Check-in was great. The room was clean with a partial view of the ocean. The lobby bartender deserves a raise, he worked the entire bar by himself all night. The bar was packed, and he did an awesome job! Checking out on the other hand was a little more challenging, with only 2 reps working, both taking a very long time with their guest. One chatting one looked to be having an issue, as the line to check out continued to grow."

"This hotel was very clean. My room's layout wasnt the best. I had to open doors to find the bathroom and closet but they were clean. I wasn't wowed by the room but we just needed a clean place to sleep after an event we attended. The staff was friendly and there are plenty of eating options"

"Stayed on the 37th floor and took an elevator down to the casino. During this experience the elevator fell from the 37th floor to the spa then came to an abrupt stop. An advisory message was then announced saying that the elevator was having issues and to press the call help button. Upon pressing the button, nothing happened. Eventually the doors opened and we were able to get off at the spa level. Staff were advised and it did not seem that much was done."

"cleaning people must have used bathroom right before we checked in because the room smelled horrible… they tried charging 13.99 extra for wifi… i was not able to use my computer at all"

"Bed linens were dirty - multiple hairs on the sheets/comforter. Only one bed was dirty was perhaps it wasn’t cleaned between guests? There were also multiple hairs in the bathroom. When we asked for a linen change, the front desk responded that housekeeping was not available. But, they could send linens for us to change. Lots of hallway noise/able to hear normal conversations from the neighboring room. "
