"It was a generic hotel. Parking was expensive. The room was fine, albeit that it's Chromecast didn't work. The a/c was limited so the room was quite warm on a hot day/night."
"Clean room, but no fridge nor kettle in the room. The closest food is the Subway other the other side of the gas station. Convenient automatic check-in, there seems to be AC in the room."
"It was a pleasant, well maintained Marriott property that did not disappoint. Good AC, walkable to to downtown, and easy to get on/off the highway if you’re driving. Only downsides are the expensive parking and equally expensive breakfast which was 30 euros per person for nothing more than a typical European breakfast layout that most hotels offer for free."
"Great location, excellent crew!
I am very positively impressed with the help of the reception personnel. They try to accommodate my needs as much as possible. Highly appreciated!
The hotel location is great! Walking distance to the river and stonethrowaway from the shopping street.
Very near closed parking very reasonably priced (16h overnight parking 15Eur in 08/2026)."
"we arrived super late in the evening, but the gentleman running check in had everything ready and we were in our room in a few minutes, very friendly and professional"
"This is a new hotel, the property's hardware is first class German quality () amenities). However, the same can't be said about the helpfulness of the staffi. Note that the hotel provides minimum (read as zero) amenities in the room. There's no bottled water in the room, and when I asked the receptionist if any water is available (such as drinking water fountain, wending machine, complimentary bottled water) she said you can buy from the bar, which costs 6 Euros for 750 ml!
Later, I saw that the receptionist gave bottled water to other guests at the check-in. Maybe she forgot to give us when we checked in? Another strange thing is that the hotel offers 4 Euro discount for using the public parking garage for 24 hours. While the garage charges 24 euros max for a day (24 hours). but the hotel insists that the guests must actually park for 24 hours to qualify for the discount (i.e. even if you paid 24 euros but parked less than 24 hours), for example in our case, we arrived after 15 p.m. ( check in time) and left by 12 p.m.( check out time) the following day, so we wouldn't get the discount. I wonder why this rule?? The public garage is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel."
