"The hotel is a bit old, but still comfortable. The staff is super kind. Usually calm, the last few days a bit less due to some children that were allowed to run and shout all over (even during dinner) by their parents. There were other children in the place but they were normally joyfull and reasonably loud (they are still children). I would have expected the hotel staff to do something. Indulge on the Red Sea.
"amazing. The staff is the highlight - always helpful and always cheerful. The house reef and lagoon are great (although the reef is clearly showing signs of climate change - far fewer fish and much less thriving corals). The massages are great. The gardens are outstanding. It's a real resort but not pretentious. I found it perfect. I extended my two-week stay for an extra two weeks! Very economical for the quality."
