"Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."

"Best stay I had in a very long time in egypt, at the reception they gave us a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The animation staff were soo friendly and fun especially ahmed and romany who really made our stay 100 times better and by far the best animation team members me and my friends have met. The food was good and there was decent variety although i wouldn't recommend any poultry. The shows and parties were so livid and fun and overall the stay was more than amazing. i would recommend this hotel to any group of friends who want to have a very fun and luxurious stay "

The pathways around the hotel were uneven and dangerous, and the stairs were incredibly slippery. We even witnessed a staff member slip and injure himself! The food really stands out here at this hotel the chefs done an incredible job and always improving the food. Lots of healthy options and variety. The Italian and Asian is wonderful. The staff made our stay here very special.
Sometimes you always forget the gardeners and cleaning staff but they keep this hotel so clean and that adds to the experience. The gardens are beautiful just like the beaches.
