"The room and the resort were fantastic, but the staff needs more hospitality training. Check-in was not very organized, and it took a lot of time. I felt like I had to go through a loophole for most things. Despite that, the resort had an amazing ambiance and was great overall. "

"Lovely place to stay, for the view of the volcanos. Steam spa dome highly recommend, $10pp, comes with clay mask, just careful! Don’t get it in your eyes, it’s like rocks in your eyes! Great exfoliating your skin! There was a trail of ants in the bathroom socket, so don’t leave food out! Great walking location to town. Breakfast every morning with a view! Did I mention the view?! Pool is tiny, never saw anyone using it. Overall, beautiful!"
