"We arrived early in the evening to a wonderful receptionist named Paulina who was the first interactive impression we had, and she was great. She was welcoming, informative, conversational and friendly and honestly after a 7 hour drive she was a breath of fresh air. When we walked into our room it was already cool (mid 90's outside during the day), the presentation was crisp and organized, the beds were nicely made and welcoming, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. My wife and I used to be housekeepers at a resort so we know what a clean room looks like, and we give major kudos to the housekeepers working here, they know what they're doing! Breakfast the next day included an impressive array of options, and during our 4 day stay we learned that every day they offer different options which was so nice for variety. There's literally something for everyone at breakfast, and seating was super comfortable! I'd like to note that the coffee offered in the room was great, not the cheap stuff at most hotels. The fridge stayed cool and freezer kept things frozen. And the noise was minimal, the walls are definitely insulated well. We stayed here for the Aftershock event and we plan on going back to this hotel next year, thank you Best Western Galt Inn for a relaxing, well maintained experience!!!"

"The front desk staff was rarely available when needed at various times throughout the day. The front door is LOCKED at a certain time of night. We had a 4:30am departure and needed to get out. Our car was parked 2 spaces from the front door and we were expected to leave by a back or side door and drag our luggage around the building at that hour! Finally, the front desk attendant came to our rescue and unlocked the front door for us - thankfully! It might be good to warn patrons, in advance, that this is your policy!"

"Carpet is old but very clean. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Good breakfast every day. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. The only concern is parking not exclusively just for the hotel guests. It’s open to other surrounding businesses, stores and restaurants."
