We stayed in Puebla for 2 nights and it was amazing. The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The only thing is that it did not have AC. Regardless, I would recommend staying here for a safe and convenient stay.

El lugar es muy bonito, es una casona de época muy bien conservada en todos los aspectos, el personal muy amable, y el restaurante que está dentro del mismo hotel sirven platillos típicos muy ricos. Lo único que estaría bien es que hubiera clima en las habitaciones, y del baño por el lavabo de repente sale el olor al caño. Pero en general el hotel cumplió con lo que oferta, muy bonito, limpio, atención y restaurante todo muy bien.

Es un hotel bonito y cómodo con estacionamiento accesible dentro de la propiedad. Fue solamente una noche y estuvimos muy cómodos. Lo único que estuvo mal fue que el agua de la regadera sale muy poco y nunca estuvo caliente. Volvería con gusto si prenden el boiler !! 😁

Nos gusto mucho su trato, esta cerca del centro histórico y catedral. Lo único malo fue que la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado, pues el clima en Puebla por lo regular es frio, pero con la ola de calor le sufrimos un rato. En general el hotel y restaurant muy bien.
