"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived early and, although our room wasn’t ready yet, they tried to check us in and gladly stored our bags so we could start exploring right away. The location is excellent—right near the train station and within easy walking distance of the city center. There are tons of food options nearby, making it a super convenient base for seeing Naples.
