We stayed two nights with 2 meals included. Dinner is buffet with four kinds of snow crab. This never appear in other Japan hotel. One suggestion is the roast beef is pre-cut and is cool when served. Onsen is good and big but no ice pool. Overall, value for money choice.

This is a charming old hotel with a classic vibe. You could feel the building is not new, but the baths, restaurants and staff made our stay really pleasant. The onsens and surroundings are beautiful. Food was really broad and had western options

Lovely receptionists awaiting you to welcome, efficient check in/out process. Gorgeous public bath changes male and female at early morning so you will not miss different type of the bath. Dinner buffet was excellent quality and taste both as well as the breakfast. Even better there are two table tennis to entertain after dinner. I would love to come back again and again.

建物は古くなっているので、エスカレーターが少ないとか、部屋のドアのロックが少し不安だったりはします。しかしそれを打ち消すほどの静かさ、スタッフの穏やかな対応が安心感を与えてくれます。 今回花桃を楽しみにして、花桃の里行きのバスを予約していましたが、２日前に「まだ花が咲かないので運行中止になりました」とお電話をいただきました。それでも、食事が朝夜共にビュッフェスタイルで内容が良く、それを楽しみにして行きました。ちょうどカニの食べ放題の期間にあたりラッキーでした。また前回来た時よりも、私も含めておひとり様が増えた感じがして気楽に過ごさせていただけました。 すぐ近くで毎日開かれている朝市も楽しかったです。

11月中旬にお邪魔しました 良かった点、部屋は新しくは無いけどそれなりに広さが有って綺麗だし景色も悪く無かった 階が3階までと低いので縦の移動はエレベーターもすぐ来るし階段でも苦にならない 足湯が他にない感じの足湯で楽しみながらリフレッシュ出来た お風呂が入れ替え制で良かった 特に露天風呂が大きな方がお湯も源泉からのお湯を感じられたし目隠しもしっかりされてて良かった バイキングの食事は品数有るし他では食べられないようなものも有って堪能できた 横長移動だし廊下が広くて歩き易い 外の紅葉も綺麗だし、時間限らず散策したくなるような車通りも静かな場所だった 良くないのは まず乗用車で来て荷物降ろすスペースが無いし入り口が解りにくかった フロント横のトイレがセンサーライトになってるみたいで夜にちょっと長居してしまったら、照明が消えて動いても点かないしで恐怖体験になった お風呂場のアメニティがシャワーキャップ以外は良くなかった、飲水もウォータークーラーだったし、スリッパの番号付きの挟むのも無いので自分の履いてきたのを履けなかった ドライヤーのとこの足下が髪の毛だらけで気持ち悪かった 布団の上に何処から入ったのかカメムシがいて一瞬凍りついた フロントの人に写真を頼んだら1人紅葉に被ってて顔が写ってなかった 良くない点も有ったけど総合的にはとっても気に入った宿でした また機会あったらお邪魔します。
