Comoda ad Acireale, posto pulito e personale cortese. Era come ci aspettavamo, il bagno era pulito sebbene la doccia non avesse il supporto per la cornetta in alto quindi lavarsi era un po' scomodo. Parcheggio non c'è, la macchina si lascia nella stradina comunque poco trafficata. Consiglio di far colazione a pochi km al Flora Caffè

la struttura in sé è carina, sia come aspetto si come arredamento. Unica pecca il costo della colazione (5€ a testa) non ne vale sia per il prezzo in sè (si fa colazione con molto meno) e sia per quello che offrivano: due fette biscottate, cereali (senza latte) come caffè quello solubile già aperto che lasciava desiderare, infatti erroneamente, (abbiamo visto male la prenotazione) io e la mia ragazza, abbiamo creduto che fosse inclusa nel prezzo ma siamo stati pregati di pagare o, in poche parole, rimettere tutto a posto, il tutto con modi poco gentili e abbastanza diretti. Alla fine, secondo me, come nuovi clienti, potevano o offrirci la colazione (sarebbe dovuto essere ovviamente a buon cuore del proprietario), per quello che valeva, o trovare comunque un altro compromesso. Bella esperienza nel complesso, ma mi sa che non ritorneremo a breve.

Un mini disastro... evitabile.

Struttura moderna in un contesto carino, parcheggio in strada a volte problematico per mancanza di spazio occupato da altre vetture, ma niente di irrisolvibile. Ricezione cellulare quasi assente in camera, ma il Wi-Fi compensava in parte. Avevo richiesto di avere un letto matrimoniale unico, ma ho avuto due letti uniti, con il letto che si divideva in mezzo troppo facilmente, poiché non c’era nulla a trattenerlo in sede. Poi la cosa più fastidiosa e inaspettata è stato il fracasso fatto dai muratori verso le 8 di mattino, che mi ha fatto svegliare in maniera poco delicata e comunque non voluta. Aggiungo che una bottiglietta d’acqua di benvenuto in frigo sarebbe stata gradita, ma niente, anche la quantità di sapone per la doccia era insufficiente, solo due piccolissime... un dispenser sarebbe stato più comodo e veloce da utilizzare, oltre che a dare una quantità più opportuna di prodotto da utilizzare per la doccia. Lo split del clima era rumoroso, l’aria veniva emessa a singhiozzo e questo causava rumore aggiunto al suo funzionamento, fastidioso mentre si; anche il citofono in camera suonava spesso disturbando. Infine la tv con solo pochi canali visibili (mancava la mediaset e tutti i canali più conosciuti in ambito nazionale, solo i primi 3 canali Rai erano fruibili) in questa camera Etna. Diciamo che singolarmente sono problemi piccoli, ma messi tutti insieme hanno costituito un’esperienza non troppo piacevole... spero che i titolari possano migliorare queste pecche.
